I’m a young professional working full-time in healthcare, looking to team up with someone to find a 2 bedroom place in the downtown Calgary area. Unfurnished is ideal - I’m fully prepared to outfit kitchen and common areas. Pet-friendly is a must; I come with a very affectionate cat (he is fixed, vaxxed, and registered).
I work standard hours, 9-5 M-F. I spend most evenings at home and consider myself fairly laid back. I enjoy reading, crochet, video games, walks, board games, and good food. Non-smoker, but I do drink alcohol. I’d like a roommate I can be friendly with, but I also appreciate my privacy and prioritize mutual respect. I’m perfectly fine with visitors and overnight guests, as long as there is prior notice.
