I’m a 29-year-old AML Analyst looking for a May 1st move-in. I primarily work from home, but I head into my office at King & Spadina a few times a month, so I’m looking for a clean, chill spot within a 30-40 minute commute of the core.

I’m looking for a friendly but independent household. I’m very mindful of keeping common areas tidy and professional during the day. I’d love a roommate I can grab a drink or a bite with occasionally, but I also value my own space and will always offer you yours. I’m very easygoing regarding guests, as long as we are respectful of each other’s space, I’m happy to make the place feel like a welcoming home for both of us.

When I’m not at my desk, I’m usually out with friends, catching a movie, or exploring the city.
