Looking for new place to call home by May 1st/15th :)

Hi hi! I’m Josh, I’m 24 and I’m currently living in New Westminister. My current roommate is looking to move during the month of June so I need to find a new place to call home before then😊

A little about me:

• I’m extremely clean and tidy. Changing bed sheets, mopping, and vacuuming weekly. Cleaning cooking areas, dishes and countertops after every use.
• Showers daily and makes personal hygiene a priority.
• Full time self studying as a data analyst
• Enjoys going to the gym, playing basketball, and video games as hobbies
• Loves cooking and would be more than happy to share and cook a meal with you
• Very friendly, respectful, good sense of humor and kept to myself but enjoys a good conversation with those living with me
• Prioritizes self care via meditation, reiki and therapy
• LOVES cats, doesn’t own any but would take good care of any that may already be in the house 😊
• Doesn’t smoke, drink, party or do drugs

What I’m looking for:

• Unfurnished private bedroom that fits a full sized bed and 60 inch desk
• A quiet respectful place between $700-$1000
• Looking for about a 3-9 month stay (maybe longer depending on how long it takes to find a full time job in my field)
• Clean, well maintained living space with no history of mold or water leaks (severe mold allergy).
• A newer built place is ideal
• Dishwasher & In-unit laundry
• Anywhere but Surrey/Langley.
• Preferably a safe quiet calm neighbourhood
• Walking/bus distance to grocery stores since I don’t own a car
• no carpets
• Being able to run an ethernet cable across the house since my computer only takes direct connection
• Open to both female and male roommates. (Grew up with a single mom)
