Hi, looking for a 6 month, or month to month unit. With in suite washer and dryer, utilities included in rent 700 or lower. If were teaming to get a place we get each other, but if im moving into your place I would have to know the original rent and the deposit so we can match. No point in trying to scam someone because you can. I’m very chill I work and mind my business, we can talk or be friends we can share groceries if it’ll save cost. Im looking for move in june 1st but early move in is best for be around the 25th of may. I dont smoke party, or anything. I am fairly clean not vegetarian. Id prefer POC woman. We can share bathroom or what we can afford?
