I am a single person, Caucasian male who is very clean and tidy and a very kind individual who is peaceful, quiet, polite and helpful around the house if needed. I do not do Alcohol, marijuana, cigarettes’ or any drug what so ever. I am able bodied, go to the gym after work everyday, and know the importance of keeping a clean living space especially when living with another individual. rent will always be on time, and when ever the land lord wants access to my living space she/he may do so for I have nothing to hide and it is a good way to build a trustful healthy relationship between one another. I’m always punctual for work and will always be employed for I know the importance of being a productive member of society. I do also own a car and would be more than willing to help a person out getting to a grocery store and what not within reason. I would be beyond grateful if given the chance to view and meet the apartment owner/tenants.
