I’m a first-year York University student looking for a respectful and comfortable living environment. I don’t party, drink, or go out much, so I appreciate a calm home. I value mutual respect, cleanliness, and direct communication. If any issues come up, I prefer discussing them openly rather than letting them build up. I also occasionally use my room for virtual meetings or calls, but I’ll communicate in advance when possible and keep them to reasonable hours. Reliable internet is important to me for studying and online coursework.

In my free time, I’m trying to stay more active and get to the gym regularly. Most of my time will be spent studying, cooking, and relaxing at home. I’m generally a quieter person and tend to keep to myself, though I’m always happy to chat and be friendly with roommates.

I’m fluent in English and grew up speaking Mandarin Chinese. I don’t have any pets myself, but I enjoy being around animals and would be happy to share a home with pets.
