Hi there! I am a woman in my 30s planning to arrive in Canada on July 19th.

I have been living on my own for over 10 years, so I am very clean, neat, and organized. While I enjoy socializing and having fun, I prefer a quiet and tidy living environment and don’t like loud or messy places. I would love to find a roommate I can get along with while keeping our home a peaceful space.

I don’t have any pets myself, but I absolutely love animals! 😊

Here are a few preferences I have for the room:

Move-in Date: August 1st

Location: Prefers a place within walking distance to Downtown, or within 15-20 minutes of commuting (1-2 subway stations away).

Room Details: Furnished rooms only (as I have quite a bit of clothing), and no living room sharing, please.

Utilities: I would like to know if utilities (water, electricity, internet, etc.) are included in the rent.
