I’m leaving my current place and I need either a room or someone who will co-sign a rental. I’m a quiet, tidy guy who spends most of my evenings in my room or outside on a balconey, but I also like to chat and socialize. I’m looking for someone who’s friendly, responsible, and cat-friendly.

I’m bringing with me a four-seat dining table and chairs, as well as dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, etc.

I don’t have a cat, but I would like to keep my options open, if things work out.
