I’m respectful of other people’s space, clean up after myself, and prefer a relaxed household rather than a busy party environment. I’m looking for somewhere I can stay long-term if it’s a good fit.

I receive ODSP and also work as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of a technology company. I’m looking for a stable home where I can live comfortably and handle some of my work from home.

I want to be upfront about my situation: my credit history is not very strong, and I’m not currently able to provide a full last month’s rent deposit upfront. I’m happy to discuss reasonable arrangements with someone who is open to looking at the full picture rather than relying only on a credit score.

I’m ideally looking for:

• A private bedroom
• A quieter home with only a few housemates
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Laundry access
• Utilities included or clearly stated
• A private bathroom would be a big plus
• Main-floor or easy-access accommodation preferred
• Hamilton, Hamilton Mountain, Mount Hope, Stoney Creek, or nearby areas
• Around $700–$1,000/month
