Hi! I’m Ashley. I’m looking for a quiet, clean, accessible, and stable place to call home in Hamilton or the surrounding area.

I’m respectful of other people’s space, clean up after myself, and prefer a relaxed household rather than a busy party environment. I’m hoping to find somewhere I can stay long-term if it’s a good fit.

I receive ODSP and also work as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of a technology company. I’m looking for a stable home where I can live comfortably and handle some of my work from home.

I want to be upfront about my situation:

My credit history is not very strong due to past financial difficulties, and I’m not currently able to provide a full last month’s rent deposit upfront. I’m happy to discuss reasonable arrangements with someone willing to consider my overall situation rather than relying solely on a credit score.

I also have mobility limitations, so accessibility is important. I have difficulty with stairs and walking longer distances, and I need a home where I can manage my daily activities safely.

• 🛁 A bathtub is required due to my personal care and mobility needs (shower-only bathrooms are not suitable)
• 🚿 A shared bathroom is perfectly fine, provided it has a bathtub
• ♿ Main-floor accommodation, elevator access, or minimal stairs preferred
• 🏠 A quieter home with only a few housemates
• 💻 Reliable high-speed internet for working from home

• 💡 Utilities included or clearly stated
• 📍 Hamilton, Hamilton Mountain, Mount Hope, Stoney Creek, or surrounding areas
• 💰 Budget: $700–$1,000/month maximum
• 📅 Available as soon as possible, ideally long-term
