Hi, I’m Marco, a quiet, respectful and responsible 30-year-old software developer based in Toronto. I am looking for a clean and peaceful private room, basement or shared apartment in Toronto or the GTA, preferably with convenient access to TTC or GO Transit.

I work in technology and am transitioning back to part-time remote work, so reliable internet and a calm home environment are important to me. I keep shared spaces clean and respect other people’s privacy and house rules. I enjoy technology, plants and dogs, and I would be comfortable living with a calm, well-behaved dog after meeting it. I will not be bringing a pet with me.

For medical reasons, I need a strictly cat-free home. I cannot live in a property where cats currently live or regularly visit.

I am also interested in teaming up with one or two responsible, clean and respectful roommates to find and rent a suitable apartment or house together. I am happy to discuss budget, preferred locations and living expectations before arranging any viewings. References and available income documentation can be discussed.
