Hi, I’m Catherine and I’m looking for a place in Dundas and Hamilton with a budget of $900 per month. I’m an art student at Sheridan, I have a sweet tiny little dog named Lucy, and we’re looking for a cozy and quiet place to live while I finish school. I’d say I’m pretty clean but I will require space for an art studio/corner. I’m willing to pay extra for such a thing! I really like to keep to myself I’m a bit of a homebody, and I prioritize creating a safe peaceful space with open communication and respect. I drive a car (need parking) and work part time rn. Also- Im single and would not bring company over. I have a few places in mind but we can negotiate
