Description

I am employed full time and receive additional guaranteed monthly benefits. My income is stable, and I can provide employment and personal references. I also have family support available. My approximate budget monthly is $1800. A little back story, im currently residing with my parents as in June 2025, my daughter was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer. Since that time, she has entered into maintenance chemotherapy and i have returned full time to work as she as returned back to school.

I have two well-behaved indoor cats. I’m looking for a stable, long-term home for myself and my family and would be happy to provide references and any additional documentation needed.

I am hoping to move as early as it is available and would really appreciate the opportunity to view the property. Please let me know if there are any viewing times available.
