I am a responsible 45-year-old male looking to share a place with somebody to save us both some money. I am only moving from where I currently live because the landlord’s son is moving in. I respect the peace and quiet of those around me and always clean up after myself. I am generally a fairly private person but I’m also easy to get along with. I adapt very well to new situations and I’m willing to accommodate any changes in order for us all to live happily.

I do not wish to live people who are not respectful of the general peace and quiet a home should have.

I spend most of my time not working playing PC games, where I do socialize with friends via voice chat, so the most noise you’d hear from me is talking to those guys. I work during the day too, so I’m not up late at night. I’m looking to live with people on a similar schedule.
