Hi I am older (senior). Active, respectful, honest and pay rent on time. It would be nice to have the following..an en suite (must), a walk-in closet, have utilities included (wi-fi and cable) I have a small car, so parking. I would like to have a small bar fridge and microwave in my room. My grand daughter is a big part of my life so 3-4 times a month sleepover and no limits on visits. She is a well behaved sweet child. I am a private/ introvert, therefore being overly social is not part of me, so i need my space. I just want to have a nice clean, quiet spot. I am a retired Health care professional. I presently do pet- sitting and house cleaning, so maybe that could be a rent deal if you want the house cleaned . I can pay up to $800/mt
