I’m a mom of three, I have a 8½yr old son & a 10½ yr old daughter & 3½ yr old toddler daughter. I am currently in school for psw Bridge to RN and am working as a PSW/UCP as well Trying to transition to MO/McMaster split college/univ for 2024. For RN/ program*than furthering in Radiology sciences. I am currently getting assistance but want to better my life and theirs as well. I am looking for 28+ female student roommate to rent a 3-4 or 4-5 bedroom in Hamilton mountain or area / or near Kenilworth area as I do most nights and days are for school(in class and online) I will be home working from as well as kids will be living with me fully. Both kids are in school 8:45-3pm, my youngest is in daycare while I work so I will be home to get them ready for daycare/grandmas from start of workshift till end, so on most days outside of work the rest of the time will be spent home. Need to have a mature student/student single mom to rent with. $$1200 each or 1500 each! All incl. or 50/50 on utilities !
