Hello, I’m a quiet, polite 44 year-old working professional looking for a small room for myself. I think of myself as considerate and reserved and whatever I mess I clean. I don’t have kids but people say I’m good with children. I don’t have any pets AND I’m mildy allergic to pet-dander so I would prefer a room with hard floors if there are any animals that live in the home.
I also don’t drive and need something close (within reason) to public transit lines (bus or ferry). I’m vegetarian (trying to go vegan but it’s sooo hard!) so I need a place to cook. I’m just looking for something small for myself.
