Larger room is $775 Smaller room is $725 The smaller room has the option to be furnished upon request and extra deposit fee of $200
I currently have a 15 year old cat that gets very nervous around other pets so a renter would ideally come with no pets.
About the roomies
I own the house and I’m looking to take on two additional renters for the main floor. I currently work as an Early Childhood Educator in Fort Richmond. There is another woman living in the house that works in the psychology field. We are both graduated from post secondary and work full time.
