2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, hallway, washroom, dining room, and kitchen.

i was manipulated and pressured to let the guy move in here because i’d had no other replies and needed the rent. the guy makes me uncomfortable and i’ve been wanting to replace him since he moved in. i just turned 40 and he is in his 50s…

i am the leaseholder / primary tenant of the 2nd and 3rd floor of the house. the person who owns the deed to the house is a blind adult chinese male who lives downstairs - he is very reasonable and respectful of the space. i am available to assist him with anything day or night.

i am in email communication with toronto police in case anything goes wrong. they are being very helpful.

i am a very low-key, quiet, private, introverted individual. not into socializing and would prefer communication be kept to email so everything is in writing.

i am an irish-canadian, part metis, and part ashkenazi jewish writer, poet, musician, artist, and activist. i do not use drugs or drink alcohol, but i do smoke marijuana and cigarettes. smoke does not ever seep outside of my room. you can smoke weed in your room if you want, but be very mindful and careful about proper extinguishing and disposal to avoid fire hazards.

close to greenwood park area. treelined residential street.

old toronto house - a little bit run down, but is treated by pest control approximately once every month or two - no issues with mice or roaches.

would prefer someone in their 30s or 40s who is mature, friendly, reasonable, respectful, responsible, always pays rent on time, and understands mutual respect of space, privacy, and boundaries.

no guests preferred.
