Located in a secure building with a private second-floor entrance, you’ll enjoy a shared main living area that includes a fully furnished living room, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a spacious deck—perfect for morning coffee or relaxing after a busy day. You’ll have your own private unfurnished bedroom on the main floor, along with access to a shared underground storage locker for extra belongings. You will have one assigned outdoor parking stall, as well there is street parking.

The current roommate is a friendly 28-year-old male who works 12-hour shifts, three to four days per week. He occupies the private second level, which is separate from the shared living spaces. Since the upstairs loft is open to the main living area consideration for noise levels is important.

This home is ideal for one responsible roommate, male or female, who values a clean, respectful, and relaxed living environment. Unfortunately, the space is not suitable for children. A well-behaved, quiet, house-trained pet may be considered.

This is a non-smoking home. To ensure everyone enjoys a comfortable living environment, quiet hours in the shared living area begin at 11:00 p.m.
