Beautiful, bright heritage in the Sunset area of Vancouver. Spacious, bright, character, large windows. Laundry, fireplace, backyard, gardens, a real gem!! Lots of groceries, restaurants, and parks near by. Cherry blossom lined street.

I have a bright room/den available now, but flexible and open to move in dates;

It has a balcony door which opens up to the tree canopy; a chandelier with a dimmer switch. There is no closet, however there is a walk in closet in the hallway.

**New Queen sized mattress available, if needed, as well as small furnishings. North East facing windows overlooking the beautiful maple trees in the front yard!! You are free to paint, and make the space your own!!

The house is an older character house, but is well kept and looked after. Very bright space with lots of potential! Looking for a friend/ and a proper housemate, not just someone to pay the rent.
