Traci's room

This is a shared space as I live here, work from home, and travel. I am looking for a professional adult or mature adult student for a tenant. Property is in McKenzie Towne across the street from a park, man made lake, and walking paths. Grocery store, shops, restaurants, pubs, banks within walking distance. Bus stop across the street. Close to Deerfoot and Stoney Trail. Beautiful little town setting inside a big city. Safe, full of young adults and families walking, biking, etc. My house has two private primary bedrooms with their own private bathrooms, and they are on separate floors. The basement is not developed, but has a gym and a little room for a bit of storage. I also have a bedroom set up in the basement, and a 55 inch TV. The main floor is an open concept with kitchen, dining, and living room. Beautiful furniture and decor - beach house feel. I have a huge deck and pool during the summer. My home is on the end of a row so many windows and great outside lighting. Calm but fun atmosphere, non smoking inside and outside, and no drugs. Tidy and clean.

My current Tenant will be moving out May 31st. My tenants do not entertain friends or have sleepovers in my home.
