I have a 4th floor condo in the Beltline area of downtown Calgary, it’s 2 beds 2 baths 2 balconies, about 1200 square feet. The room comes furnished with a queen sized bed, large closet and your own bathroom. There is free street parking which may be limited but as of right now there is someone in the building renting a parking space in the underground heated parkade for $200 per month (but maybe you could get them down to $150 per month?). Half block away from lots of transit options.

I have high speed internet and all the streaming channels. Water and electricity is also included in the monthly price.

I would be okay if you had a 1 pet, the condo accepts cats or dogs. We can discuss that in more detail about a separate pet deposit. However, I do have a few plants that may not be pet friendly.

Hello all, I am a young-ish professional who works from home for the University of Calgary as a medical researcher. I’m pretty new to Calgary, only been here for about 1 year so it would be nice to get to know some people. I enjoy the outdoors and hiking (easy ones to start!), sports games, going for drinks. Or just staying at home works too, I’m pretty laid back!
