13 min drive to Mac Master / 30 min bus ride; 8 min drive to Jackson Square / 10 min bus ride, 7 min drive to Mohawk college / 30 min bus ride, 2-7 min drive to 3 hospitals.

Common areas: 2 full washrooms, laundry , kitchen , living room, dining room, and private backyard with BBQ.
