One unfurnished room available in cozy home on a tree lined street. There is a backyard with opportunity to garden if that’s your thing.

I alternate between being fairly quiet and occasionally practicing music or dancing around to music. Looking for a roomie or two who are non-smokers, easy-going and responsible.

  • No to most pets. My cat is older and unable to adjust.
