You’ll be joining a peaceful, respectful, and drama-free adult household shared with the homeowner (a busy single mom who works two jobs and is rarely home), a few quiet boarders (including a nurse on rotating shifts), and two friendly cats. We operate as a communal family home rather than a typical apartment building, so we are looking for a responsible student or professional who works or studies outside the home (strictly no WFH). This setup is ideal for someone who is out most of the day, cooks lightly, and values a tranquil, clean space to return to. Because it is a quiet family environment, we have a strict policy of no guests, no parties, no smoking/weed, and no additional pets.
