Welcome to our beautifully renovated, eclectic Victorian home located in the heart of upscale North York Centre/Willowdale, 4 blocks from Yonge Street by the North York Centre subway station!

We have two premium, bright guest rooms available entirely on the second floor. Both rooms are beautifully furnished like self-contained executive suites, featuring a dedicated workspace/desk, high-speed mesh Wi-Fi, a Fire TV system, and your own private in-room refrigerator.

The Rooms & Long-Term Tiered Pricing: All utilities (hydro, heat, water, and fast Wi-Fi) are completely included.

• Executive Suite (184 sq. ft.): Large, bright layout with expansive space to live and work. • Stays of 3+ Months: $1,300 / month • Stays of 1–2 Months: $1,550 / month

• Standard Premium Suite (120 sq. ft.): Highly optimized, functional layout. • Stays of 3+ Months: $1,150 / month • Stays of 1–2 Months: $1,400 / month

Couples welcome for stays under 3 months; extra $250/month for double occupancy. Please mention if booking as a couple.

Shared Spaces & Amenities: Guests have full access to our main floor kitchen to cook meals (we just ask that you wash dishes promptly) and full use of our in-house washer and dryer after 7:00 PM. You also get full access to our incredible outdoor backyard oasis, which features an oversized deck, outdoor dining table, BBQ, and firepit.

The Location & Transit: • Transit: We are literally 100 feet from the Willowdale 98 bus stop (direct to Sheppard Subway Station) and a quick 800-metre walk (10 minutes) to the Line 1 Yonge Subway Corridor (North York Centre Subway Station).

• Convenience: Just 4 blocks from Yonge Street, meaning you are steps away from major supermarkets (Loblaws/Metro), endless restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, and the massive North York Central Library. Perfect for York U/Seneca students, corporate contractors, and medical residents.

You will be sharing this beautifully maintained Victorian home with myself and my adult daughter. We are an all-adult, quiet, mature, and highly respectful household. As experienced rental hosts, we pride ourselves on keeping a clean, peaceful, and well-organized living environment.

We value clear communication, mutual respect, and guest privacy. While we are always happy to share local Toronto tips or chat over a coffee, we completely respect your independent schedule and boundaries. House Rules & Fit:

• Ideal Fit: A clean, quiet, and independent working professional, corporate project contractor, medical resident, or serious college/university or post-graduate student.

• Visitors: Visitors are permitted on a request-only basis to protect everyone’s security

• Atmosphere: This is a strict 100% non-smoking and non-vaping household inside the house. No pets are allowed due to the shared nature of the property.

• Legal Note: Because the kitchen and common areas are shared directly with the homeowners, this arrangement is legally exempt from the Ontario Residential Tenancies Act (RTA). A standard Roommate/Occupant Agreement will be signed upon arrival.
