Laundry is located in basement laundry room.

Basement is the living space I occupy and I have a half bathroom down there to limit main floor use with exception of the shower.

Fenced in back yard with a shed and seating area and BBQ. Parking in driveway or roadside with no limits. Cable Tv, internet and all bills included. I deal with garbage, cutting lawn etc. I also will provide the little things like garbage bags, dish soap etc. 2 full sized fridges and a chest freezer.

30 year old male, I own the house and have a dog and cat here. Looking for easy going, clean tenants to share the house with. I’m very organized and easy easy to live with. I have a cottage I am at a lot, so I’m not around all the time and work full time.
