Street parking also available for renters with own car. Located in a safe and quiet suburban which is closely accessible to and vice-versa to Polo Park mall taking bus #12, Cindy Klassen Recreation complex, bus #15 accessible to and vice-versa to downtown and airport. Sumptuous restaurants, hair and spa salons and ice cream shops around the area are just few walks away.

We are husband and wife and has hosted international students since 2014. We are both full time workers. Our home is clean, non-smoking, no pets, and no children. We enjoyed being with the company of international students and it was enjoyable to spend time with them on weekends. We expect roommates to be responsible for cleaning their own room.
