Bus routes accessible to downtown and the University of Winnipeg, to Red River College, walking distance to Daniel McIntyre Collegiate. Only 2-3 minute walk to bus stops. Street parking also available for renters with own car. Located in a safe and quiet suburban which is closely accessible to and vice-versa to Polo Park mall, walking distance to Cindy Klassen Recreation complex, bus accessible to and vice-versa to downtown and airport. Sumptuous restaurants, hair and spa salons and ice cream shops around the area are just few walks away.

We are husband and wife and is currently hosting two international students since 2014. We are both full time workers. Our home is clean, non-smoking, no pets, and no children, but we enjoyed being with the company of these international students. We expect roommates to be responsible for cleaning their own room. We also have updated Police Clearance and Child Abuse Registry Check. Room rental is $700 with a $200 damage deposit. Lease term will be 6-12 months and is due every 1st day of each month.
