I’m looking for one roommate to share my 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Located at 205 Hunter St W on the 14th floor. If this ad is up, the room is still available.

Room details are as follows:

• Rent is $780 per month
• Everything included except parking
• Bedroom unfurnished (but I can lend a double sized mattress if you need a head start)
• Common areas fully furnished
• The main washroom is yours (I would just need to use the shower)

There is no parking spot but 1) There is visitor parking if you only need parking occasionally, 2) you could rent one in the building if available or 3) You can rent a parking spot from the City of Hamilton in a nearby parking lot.

Building amenities include: gym, laundry room, visitor parking, media/party room

Points of Interest Nearby:

• 5 min walk to Locke St area
• 10 min walk to Downtown
• 10 min walk to multiple parks, trails, the Escarpment
• Within a 15 min walk to 3 different grocery stores
• Building is situated in a quiet, non-sketchy neighbourhood
• Close to so many restaurants, bars, cafes etc overall!

I’m looking for a young professional or student who is clean, respectful, and responsible and would care for the place. Ideally, we’d have similar lifestyles but that’s not necessary as long as we can both agree to be considerate and conscious of each other’s needs.

I’m still working on decor for the apartment. And just ordered a new 65 inch Tv that’s on the way for the living room. My ultimate goal is to have the place looking minimalist, yet cozy, cultured, modern… And a fun place to host friends once COVID-19 goes away!

I’m more than happy to assist with moving and installing furniture pieces in your bedroom (I got tools!)

I’m a 29 year old straight male. For a living, I’m a HR specialist that works for a US company. I work from home once per week.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about living a healthy lifestyle. Which involves being really interested in cooking, nutrition, and working out. I also love to learn and read in my spare time.

Other hobbies and interests include: craft beer and wine, coffee, plant growing, biking, writing, backpacking in Southeast Asia or Latin America, psychology, culture, history, podcasts, music and meditation.

I slightly favour extroversion and like to socialize, but usually I’m quiet at home during the week because I talk at work all day. During normal times, I’ll host a small group of friends maybe once every 1-2 weeks.
