Looking for someone who is mature, vax’d, cleans up after themselves, quiet (including no drugs/parties or guests) with reference. Full time employed or full time student. Looking for “Mature” person, comes home by 11pm, no excessive drinking. Must keep your own space clean and participate in common space cleaning. There is Considerable independence as I am often upstairs but do share the space for chores and there are 2 other roomies. (They are working very quiet people.) Downstairs entrance. Utilities included. Laundry room, back yard next door to a field. There is wifi (no gaming please); a Kitchenette with table, microwave, hot plate, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, blender, steamer, toaster. Air fryer, NO stove.
