hello my name is Sandra and I have a 3 bedroom house I would like to rent one of my bedrooms out I like my house to be kept clean and tidy so if you like cooking you have to clean up after yourself. I have a beautiful back yard with a fire pit it gets alot of use in the summer time. This is not a party house no drugs allowed i dont mind a few drinks now and then.
