About the room
Renting a room in a spacious main floor 3 bedroom house near SAIT. Been here over a year and will be paying the bulk of the rent. $550 gets you a room with all included: Netflix, Wifi, Washer, Dryer, Back Yard (excellent for sunning in summer and shovelling in winter), Tiny front patio (ideal for gawking at passerby’s)… Back in school now so a responsible student or professional would be nice. No cats unfortunately due to allergies. Exceptions made for hedgehogs and quokkas. Located 3 blocks North of SAIT, 10 min N of DT. Lease is month to month.
No objections to cannabis or cigarette smoking as long as it’s done outside. Just got to move the those computers into my room - can furnish the room if needed.
P.S. If you’re reeeeally good at math we can negotiate price. ( Sorry, no green leaves this time of year)
