2 Roomies needed in Langford!'s room

Large 3 bedroom suite in an old quirky building, with an unfurnished basement, laundry, dishwasher, fireplace, garden, 2 bathrooms, 2 fridges, parking and a deck

I am a female in my 40’s but open to all ages and genders joining me here. I like to keep the place clean and would like to find someone who is willing to help with that ;) I work Monday to Friday 7 - 3, so I hit the pillow early most nights and get up early too. Smoking outside is allowed. Only renting 1 of three rooms, but definitely open to renting the third to, if we can find a suitable third :) Rent is 1000 plus wifi and hydro - I am needing to hook up new wifi so don’t have an exact figure, but I will figure that out and update soon.

Cats are definitely okay with deposit and dogs are a possibility if the landlord approves. Let me know if you are interested :)
