Hello everyone!

I am looking for a roommate to “sublet” my spacious 2-bedroom apartment starting in September! I currently have one roommate living here full-time; however, I will not be in Calgary this year due to my new job. I am looking for someone to take my old bedroom and share the 2-bedroom apartment with my roommate! Available to rent from September 1st, 2025, to August 31st, 2026, or just during the school year. The apartment is furnished, and the room could be furnished or unfurnished!

About the space: 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom 994 sq ft apartment with a shared kitchen and open-concept living room in Richmond Towers (69 Glamis Dr. SW). Apartment is furnished except for your room. If you would like a furnished room, I can furnish it for you! Walking distance from Signal Hill Centre (grocery, restaurants, shopping, entertainment), bus stops, and small parks. Super close to MRU and Ambrose University! The building allows cats, and dogs are negotiable based on sisze. Rent would be $960/month (all utilities + parking and internet are included in that price!)

Your room: Private bedroom with a closet and a window.

About me (Madi): I am a 24-year-old recent university graduate, who will be working as an elementary teacher in the fall in Brooks. I am kind, respectful, and dedicated to my job, but also love to take breaks to hang out :) I am looking forward to starting my career as an elementary teacher in September! My hobbies include hiking, dancing, volunteering and anything active! I am looking for a kind, mature, and responsible individual. Someone who is friendly but understands the need for a quiet space at times.

About my roommate (Courtney): Courtney and her orange cat Henry, are great roommates! Henry is a good balance of playful and cuddly. He loves people and will follow you from room to room in hopes of stealing your attention. Courtney is a 28-year-old professional who works full-time 9-5 but some weekends as well. She is clean, friendly and respectful. Open communication and mutual respect make for a comfortable living environment! Overnight guests are fine as long as fair warning is given.
