This is a 2 bedroom condo close to the go station,dollarama,convenience stores,jackson square. it is 2 mins walk from the bus stop, with a bathroom,kitchen and large living room. One room is occupied by me,while you’ll have the other. There is also a balcony, an open space area on the top floor and a storage downstairs. Internet and electricity is included. There is insuite free laundry and free parking. I’m subletting the other room. $100 fob fee.

I’m pretty easy going and quiet.I work,I’m drama free,clean and pretty helpful. My ideal roommate is someone who is completely drama free,trouble free. We may not be related but I love to feel free around who I’m living with and vice versa. I can be fun but I don’t like unnecessary conflicts or partying in the apartment.
