Long time Banff residents. Not party people but are down for the odd board game night with a couple of bevys. Chill and very friendly people. We also have a large newfoundland dog named Kitty, who is a loveable potato. House is non smoking but we don’t mind if you smoke, so long as it’s out of the apartment.
