Elyse's room

We have a two-story house in Sunalta (West side of the beltline) and are looking to rent one of our other bedrooms. It’s an 11x11’ room with a walk-in closet, and a full bathroom with a bathtub. We are a 5 minute walk to the blueline, a 15 minute walk to the red line, and a very short walk from grocery stores, bars, 17th avenue, and shops! There is easy transit to U of C, Sait, and MRU. We have a shared kitchen, our own laundry, and a second-floor balcony. We have our own wifi, and would definitely be willing to split the cost of that three ways. Utilities are split three ways as well.

The house is mostly furnished as we have been living here for a year, so we would prefer someone who isn’t bringing a ton of furniture, though we do have lots of storage space in the basement. There is also free parking in the alley, and we have a firepit in the yard!

We are a couple who have been together 4 years. We enjoy watching tv, anime, videogames, D&D and music. We play music in the basement a few times a week and are happy to work with your schedule so we don’t bother you! We are happy to share our space and accommodate guests - we are friendly, easygoing, and clean.
