House in the beautiful inner-city Crescent Heights area. Very close to downtown, the River Walk, and various paths.

Next to your room in the basement, you will have your own kitchen and bathroom, but are always free to join us in the common areas upstairs.

One master’s student attending the University of Calgary, one bachelor’s student, and one graduate, all working. Some of us are musicians, but we are also respectful of other people’s peace and repose.

All vaccinated. We make an effort to be pandemic-safe. When it is safe to do so, we intend to have the occasional social event, but we are not a “party house.”

We are looking for a responsible roommate within the 20-30 age range, preferably a student or graduate.
