Looking for a third roommate in our unit of a fourplex in Marda Loop! Move in January 1st 2024 ideally but we are flexible for the right person so don’t hesitate to reach out if you are interested! This place is a minute walk from Starbucks, Safeway, village ice cream, and all the other cool places in marda loop! Perfect for a University student as we are right near Crowchild for a quick bus ride or drive to both MRU or UofC. Rent is $585 plus utilities and internet which range from 120-150 depending on time of year! Parking spot available! The house is furnished and you are welcome to share dishes and appliances if needed! There will be some free space in the common areas but not for large items unfortunately. The bedroom will be unfurnished! Looking for someone to stay approx 4-5 months (January-May) with the possibility of extending if we are able to renew our lease. We are two young girls working and going to uni. We are clean, easy going, fun and love a girls night! We love to thrift! (I will literally find you so many things for so cheap, living with me is an investment because of how much you are going to save on clothes and housewares) We go on lots of walks in the neighbourhood and nearby parks, go to fitness classes regularly. We have one cat but cannot have other pets, sorry. LGBTQ friendly! We hope to become good friends with our roomate but we will also give you as much personal space as you need!
