I am looking for a roommate to fill one unfurnished bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment located in trendy Marda Loop starting on September 1st! The rest of the apartment is fully furnished so you only need to fill your own space.

This apartment is in a great location as it is only a 7-minute drive/15-minute bike ride to MRU, an 8-minute drive to SAIT, and a 15-minute drive to UofC. Grocery stores, coffee shops, bars, and everything in between are all within walking distance from the apartment as well :)

Rent is $600/month which includes all of the utilities (internet, water, heat, electric) and free street parking is available. Also, feel free to use my Netflix & Amazon Prime Video accounts in the main living area! There are coin-operated laundry facilities located in the building.

A $600 damage deposit is required and I am hoping to sign a 3-month lease with the option of moving to month-to-month afterward.
