Another was to a UBCO exchange student moving to Europe in Dec 2025 This is a v well organise,quiet and clean home for students who really want to study . Absolutely no partying,no smoking ,no weed ,no marijuana and no pets is allowed & no sleeping over guests. I do have spare double bed room for international students/ students parents to visit them and can stay in the spare room with charges .
