This is a 5 bedroom 3000sq ft house with a huge backyard above 25000 sq ft. .The rooms are fully furnished and inclusive of utilities and high speed internet. ( Single occupancy only) Double occupancy additional 100 a month Utilities shares 1/3 of the bill for single( electric ,gas and internet) For:

UBCO student..no need credit check but proof of enrollment

Other -Proof of employment and/or Character/Previous Landlord References ,credit check etc

Looking for:

Clean-living, kind, quiet, clean and respectful tenant.
