( no couple or sharing room) student and internship students only 2 Storey Single Family home in a private and quiet environment. My house is located in a spacious, quiet , well landscaped , quiet and beautiful neighborhood of exclusively single family homes. Only student please This is a spacious, well kept and sparkling clean house of which we expect the tenant to be clean and tidy( single occupancy only no couple please)

The house come with high speed Telus fibre optic Internet & utilities ( air conditioning is additional charge)

The rooms are on the 2nd floor and share toilet with another tenant. The smaller room is cad1000 a month . The bigger room is cad 1200 a month ( features on the photo) available Apr 22,2023. Preference for short term or internship students only

Absolutely no smoking, no vaping, no marijuana, no drugs and no partying,no visitors and no sleep over( or no overnight guests)

Currently there are only 3 person living in the house. My husband, myself & my son who is working with IT company.

You will have your own personal toilet although it is no attach bathroom.
