Looking for a roommate starting September 1st. The place was just rebuilt after a fire so everything is brand new. The place is expected to be ready for end of August if you want to come in early you can, but the date is not official yet.

I will get more photos when I am in again but there is a big balcony, there are 2 full washrooms, 2 bedrooms. I will have the master room looking for 1 roommate. Location is just outside downtown, you can bike pretty much anywhere downtown, and there are bus stations right at the building. No parking stall, but there is lots of parking on the street available.

Because I got to upgrade the place when it was rebuilt I did purchase soundproofing for the rooms, they definitely muffle the noise a bit more but not completely as the place is quite the open space.

I also only purchased internet, if you would like cable or some streaming services I don’t mind splitting that. You will need tenant insurance. In-suite Laundry included. No pets for now please. Not furnished at this time but if you would like I can start looking for some stuff.

Looking for $800/month but could be negotiated if you aren’t there much or don’t watch tv etc. (you can also put your own tv in your room if you’d like)

I am 28 y/o male, I am pretty active (rock climbing, hiking, snowboarding etc.) but still have a few nights in playing games/watching movies etc. I also enjoy drinking on weekends and may have friends over every so often. My weekdays are typically pretty busy and won’t be home until later at night 8pm-10pm most nights but working from home during the day until 4pm.

Looking for someone I can get a long with, is clean, and mature. My last roommate was a female so I don’t mind the gender.
