One small upstairs bdrm in a 5 bdrm older home becoming available. July 1st! $500 (DD same). Utilities included. Month to month lease. 5 bdrmhouse Upstairs room. You’d share the upstairs bathroom with a 25 yr old male and a 23 yr old male. I sleep downstairs and use that bathroom. There is also a second kitchen downstairs so u only share the kitchen with those 2 guys. There is a freezer in the basement. Fully equipped , large, professional fitness studio in the basement which u have access to when I am not using (I run a home fitness biz - separate entrance for studio so won’t intrude on your privacy) I do a max of 20 sessions a week out of the house as I also go to client’s homes. Full sized yard, fenced and private with large backdeck. Street parking out front. Only one car at the house and two spots typically available right in front (parking has never been an issue on my street). I’m 40 yrs old from NS. I have a 6 yr old German shepherd who is well trained and loves people (no other pets allowed). She knows over 40 commands and loves hiking and paddleboarding.
