Malcolm's room

The property is located just south of downtown, in the vibrant community of Mardaloop. It is with in walking distance of many amenities; gyms, bars, shops, dentists e.c.t., and accessible by car or public transit. Has a parking stall and plenty of street parking. The place itself is the lower level of a fourplex, three bedroom, with a kitchen, washroom, washer and dryer, living room and wood burning furnace. It’s all pretty well furnished already. There are two rooms available. The first is about 88sqft, it has some shelves and art in it already. The second is about 98sqft, it has large windows that let in a fair amount of light.

I am currently enrolled in MRU and work downtown as a bartender. I tend to be fairly quiet went at home, recharging and what not.
