The apartment has a huge kitchen, living room, and balcony. In-suite washer and dryer. Beautiful view of Heritage Park, the reservoir, mountains, and downtown. Heritage c-train station is a 3min walk from the building. It’s a fantastic location for anyone working in the downtown and surrounding area. There is also a Save On Foods as well as many other shopping and amenities attached to the building. Including a Tim Hortons!! Your parking spot will be located in a heated Parkade. Guest parking is also in a heated Parkade. The building has 24hour onsite security and concierge. The building is non smoking (not even the balcony. Not my rules).
