Heritage c-train station is a 3min walk from the building. Excellent location for those working in the downtown core. There is also a Save On Foods as well as many other shopping and amenities attached to the building. Including a Tim Hortons!! Your parking spot is located in a heated Parkade attached to the building. Guest parking is also located in the heated Parkade. The building has 24hour onsite security and concierge. The building is non smoking (not even the balcony. Sorry smokers, not my rules). Anything else you want to know, please ask.
