Currently renting a townhouse on the mountain & looking for a roommate for October! Rent is $800/month (utilities included) plus $25/month for internet. Comes with a parking spot available (not currently in use). There’s two bathrooms. Laundry on site. The room is unfurnished. There’s a small backyard with a little patio. Lots of parks nearby and close to several bus stops. A pharmacy & a mall within walking distance.

First & last month’s rent required.

I’m pretty nerdy too so if you like Star Trek or Lord of the Rings we may have some things in common! Women, queer, & trans people preferred, generally of a similar age range as myself. I’m fully vaccinated as well.
