The spot is located in sunnyside/Kensington area in a beautiful quiet neighbourhood. It’s $630 a month including all utilities except for electricity. It’s next to many amenities including grocery stores/restaurants/bars/parks and is a 5 min walk away from the river. As well, transit is less then a minute walk away as I live by the c-train. Laundry is available in the basement and additional storage for bikes etc. Street parking is available or if you’d like a parking stall it’s an extra $50 a month. The property manager doesn’t allow any animals unfortunately.

Looking for another person to move into my 2 bedroom apartment. I’m a laid-back female in my early 20s who loves plants, music, skateboarding, skiing, rock climbing and pretty much all activities! I just moved in at the end of July and I love it here. Im looking for someone to share the space with who is tidy, respectful and values theirs and others space.
